Check-in details: names, email addresses and passport numbers of the guests on a booking, as required for hotel registration.

Class sign-ups: the surf and yoga classes you book.

Why we use your data (legal basis)

To provide your booking, check-in and classes (performance of a contract).

To meet legal duties such as guest registration and accounting (legal obligation).

To keep the website secure and improve it (legitimate interest).

To send booking confirmations and check-in invitations by email (performance of a contract).

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers we need to run the website and our stays: website hosting, sign-in and account management, email delivery, website analytics and, where applicable, channel managers such as Channex that sync availability. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and guest registration data for as long as the law requires and account data until you delete your account.

Your rights
